1. Carton quantity and dimensions
Confirm pieces/box and boxes/carton first. Request actual outer carton length × width × height and gross weight for the selected packing revision. Carton CBM = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 1,000,000.
Nitrile gloves · Distributor buying guide
Compare retail pack size, carton volume and freight per 1,000 gloves before choosing a packing program for your importer or distributor order.
| Procurement question | 50 pcs/box | 100 pcs/box |
|---|---|---|
| Typical channel | Thicker industrial gloves; smaller retail packs | Regular examination or general-purpose programs; distributors and high-consumption users |
| Price comparison | A lower unit count can reduce the box selling price; compare equivalent glove quantities | A larger unit count supports bulk consumption; compare cost per glove |
| Published EASTGLOVES packing | Request availability and a packing quote for the exact SKU | 100 pcs/box, 10 boxes/carton |
| Carton and pallet plan | Confirm box dimensions, boxes/carton and cartons/pallet; do not copy the 100-piece plan | Confirmed reference: 10 boxes/carton; 130 cartons/pallet |
50-piece packing is an option to discuss, not a confirmed standard for every glove. Examination suitability and supporting documents are determined by the glove model, not by box count.
| Step | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Gloves per carton | 100 gloves × 10 boxes | 1,000 gloves |
| Boxes per pallet | 10 boxes × 130 cartons | 1,300 boxes |
| Gloves per pallet | 1,000 gloves × 130 cartons | 130,000 gloves |
| Freight per 1,000 gloves | Quoted pallet freight ÷ 130 | Freight in the quote currency per 1,000 gloves |
The 130-carton pallet reference was confirmed for 100 pcs/box and 10 boxes/carton on 20 September 2026. Confirm the selected SKU, carton dimensions, pallet footprint, loaded height and gross weight before shipping; do not extend this loading plan to diamond-texture or 50-piece packs without a packing confirmation.
Defaults reflect the confirmed 100-piece program. Edited values are a planning scenario until the packing is approved. Freight is user-entered; this calculator does not fetch a shipping rate or include product cost, duty, tax or local charges unless your entered quote includes them.
Confirm pieces/box and boxes/carton first. Request actual outer carton length × width × height and gross weight for the selected packing revision. Carton CBM = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 1,000,000.
Confirm pallet footprint, layer pattern, cartons per layer, layers, loaded height, stretch wrap and stacking limit. Compare the actual 130-carton reference with the approved pallet drawing and destination warehouse limits.
For palletized loading, confirm pallet positions and usable height; for floor loading, request the carton loading plan. Container utilization = loaded cargo volume ÷ usable container volume × 100%. Volume alone does not determine loadability: dimensions, clearance and weight limits also matter.
Use the same destination and Incoterm. Divide total comparable freight by shipped gloves, then multiply by 1,000. Record whether the quote includes pallets, origin charges, destination handling and delivery.
Send glove model, size mix, 50- or 100-piece preference, total volume, destination and Incoterm. Ask for carton dimensions, gross weight and an approved pallet or container loading plan with the quote.
Disposable-glove container reference: normally 4,500 cartons per 40HQ; selected packing plans can reach 5,000 cartons per 40HQ. At 100 gloves/box and 10 boxes/carton, this equals 4,500,000 or 5,000,000 gloves. Final quantity depends on the selected SKU, actual carton dimensions, gross weight and approved loading method. Confirm palletized versus floor-loaded capacity separately; the 130-carton pallet reference is not a container pallet-count commitment.
Free samples are available before bulk order. Send the glove type, weight, size/color mix, destination and packing preference so Amy can confirm the sample and courier arrangements.
